Every price and appointment time shown before your technician responds is a preliminary, non-binding estimate generated from your photo and the options you selected. It is not an offer or a contract.

Your final price and appointment length are confirmed by a nail technician, and may change after an in-person inspection of your natural nails, the condition of any existing enhancement, the removal actually required, or the detail of the design you choose on the day.

You confirm that you own the photo you upload or otherwise have permission to use and share it with us for the purpose of getting a quote. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or content that is unlawful or offensive.

The photo analysis is automated and will not always be correct. Features may be missed or misread. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a design can be reproduced exactly, or that a particular price or duration will apply.

To the extent permitted by law, you may not:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or use automated tools against this site or its endpoints;
• copy, reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the NailQuote software, pricing logic, classification rules, wording or design;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts or rules used to generate estimates;
• probe, overload, or interfere with the service, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

We apply automated rate limits and may block access that appears abusive. These protections reduce misuse; they do not make copying technically impossible.

Appointment booking happens on the salon's external booking provider. Any booking, deposit, cancellation or rescheduling is governed by that provider's terms and the salon's own policies, not by these terms.
