Privacy Policy

• The nail inspiration photo you upload.
• The service, nail length and removal options you select.
• The contact details you provide when requesting a final quote: first name, mobile number, email address, preferred date/time and any notes you add.
• The automated analysis of your photo and the resulting price and time estimate.
• Basic technical information needed to run and protect the service, including a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only to limit abuse.

To produce your estimate, to let the salon's nail technician review your design and send you a final quote, and to contact you about that quote. We do not use your photo or contact details for advertising.

Authorised salon staff of NailQuote can see your request in a private, password-protected dashboard. You can see your own quote through the private link we email you. Your photo is stored privately and is not publicly listable or browsable.

We use service providers to host the app, store data, send email, and run the image analysis. They process this data on our behalf only.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other salons or marketplaces.

Quote requests, photos and contact details are kept while they are useful for your appointment and the salon's records, and are deleted on request. This is a pilot service, so retention periods may be adjusted as it develops.

You can ask us to delete your photo, contact details or quote request at any time by emailing johnny.nguyen29@icloud.com. Please include your quote reference so we can find your request.
